Postpartum Transition Package

Gentle guidance for the transition after birth -
grounded in preparation, presence, and connection.

Becoming a mother is one of life’s most profound transitions.

This package is designed to support you before and after birth with a unique blend of education, emotional support, and nurturing presence that centers your intentional connection with your baby - and with yourself.

This is perfect for expecting parents who…

  • Want to prepare intentionally for postpartum, not just birth

  • Value emotional support and reassurance as much as logistical help

  • Are seeking a soft, connection-centered landing into motherhood

your postpartum transition package includes:

  • Postpartum Prep Course

A self-paced program to prepare you emotionally, mentally, and practically for life after birth. This course helps you understand your needs as a new mother and lays the foundation for a gentle, connected postpartum experience that supports bonding and recovery.

    Learn more.

  • Prenatal consultation

We’ll meet before your baby arrives to talk through your hopes, your fears, and your questions. This session is focused on helping you feel clear, calm, and supported for what’s to come.

  • Postpartum consultation

A compassionate place to land after baby arrives. We’ll focus on your wellbeing and your connection with your baby - offering support for anything that’s feeling tender, uncertain, or overwhelming - as well as supporting the learning curve of breastfeeding.

Optional add-on

Unlimited virtual support

Ongoing support via text, voice notes, or phone calls for the first two weeks postpartum. You’ll have a steady presence right in your hand, for moment-to-moment support - whenever questions, emotions, or practical needs arise.

I’ll be here to hold your hand through the early days - not just to problem-solve, but to witness, to affirm, and to remind you: you’re doing beautifully.

During your two weeks of text support, you are guaranteed a response at least once every 24 hours, but usually much more frequently. I’ll usually be available 8:30am to 8:30pm - and as a bonus, for your first night home I’ll be available overnight, too.

Here’s what other parents havE saID about my support:

“During the first couple weeks it was so helpful to be able to message Ceridwen with questions and to have her check in on us. We found the emotional support to be really comforting and found the resources shared with us to be timely and useful … We would definitely recommend Ceridwen to any new parents who are looking for some support during the postpartum period. As first time parents we didn’t know exactly what to expect and found the transition to be harder than anticipated. Having Ceridwen check in on us via messages and in person was incredibly comforting … She also shared helpful resources throughout our time working with her which lessened the load of each challenge we encountered. She is kind, patient, timely, trustworthy and transparent and we feel fortunate to have worked with her!”
