8. Payment Terms

If you purchase services through our Sites, you agree to provide accurate billing information. Payment terms—including deposits, fees, and refunds—are outlined in individual service agreements or invoices.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our refund policies vary by product or service:

Mother’s Circles

Mother’s Circles are refundable or partially refundable on a case-by-case basis.

  • You will not be refunded for any sessions you have attended.

  • If you will miss a session, you may be offered a makeup session if available.

  • If Doula Cove is unavailable for your session, we will offer a rescheduled date.

1:1 appointments (Consultations, Coaching & Home Visits)

Appointments are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled session:
     → Your payment can be transferred to a future appointment.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your session:
     → The session is non-refundable, and a new booking with payment will be required to reschedule.

  • If Doula Cove is unavailable for your consultation, we will offer a rescheduled session.

Digital Products (e.g., toolkits, e-books, online courses) – Non-refundable.

10. Disclaimers

All content and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any content. Use of this Site and our related content is at your own risk.
